New Rates and Policies May 1st annually.

1. Dogs are welcome at $60 per visit with a maximum of 2 dogs per cottage.
2. There is a two-night minimum stay May 1st – November 15th.
3. There is a three-night minimum stay for long weekends and holidays throughout the year.
4. Seasons: Summer May: 1st – Oct 14th / Winter: October 15th – April 30th.
5. Parking will be charged at $20 per vehicle, per night, during the Summer season. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per cottage at this rate. Additional vehicles can use the pay parking lot at USSC. (Winter rate is $10 per vehicle, per night.)
6. There is a $75 Clubhouse fee if unit is used as a base for a group event.
7. All cottages are NON-SMOKING, which includes vaping, marijuana, and tobacco.
8. Quiet hours are 10pm through 8am.
9. We ask that you leave the cottage tidy, wash your dishes, and dispose of garbage and recycling in the bins provided.
10. The Union Steamship Marine Resort reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
